Ingredients:
Maida - 1/2 kg
Sugar - 1/2kg
Dalda -50gm
Ilachi powder-1/2tbsp
Water:
Cooking Oil
Preparing Method:
Melt the dalda and mix the maida powder with dalda and salt (1/2 tb spoon or to taste) and with water. Make dough like we do for chapati and keep aside. Take a bowl and fill water and mix sugar and boil until it gets thickness like honey then add ilachi powder. Take the maida mix (dough) into small rounds and rollouts puris from these balls oil board. Cut the each rolled puri vertically 1 cm each part.and make it like kaja as shown in the picture(ill upload soon) and deep fry in oil and then mix them in sugar pakam and keep it aside. Tasty Tasty Panasa tonalu ready.
