Ingredients
Sooji Rava (Bombay Rava): 2 Cups
Curd: 1 cup
Carrot: 1
Few Coriander leaves
Cashew Nuts: 12 to 15
Green Chili: 4
Oil: 2 to 4 table spoons
Salt to taste
Mustard Seeds: ¼ table spoon
Urad Dal: ¼ table spoon
Channa Dal: ¼ table spoon
Preparing Method
1. Make the green chilli paste and keep aside.
2. Grate the Carrot and keep aside.
3. Chop the coriander leaves and keep aside.
4. Take a kadai. Add oil and heat the oil.
5. Add mustard seeds, Urad dal, Channa dal add Cashew nuts and fry properly.
6. Add Rava to the same kadai along with fried dals and nuts. Fry Rava for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from the stove.
7. Add Chili paste, grated carrot, chopped coriander leaves, salt and curd to the fried rava and mix properly. Add sufficient water to make the batter.
8. Put the batter in Idli stand and steam cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Tasty Instant Rava Idli Ready. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
