Curry Leaves chutney is very healthy and useful for hair growth and beauty for hair. And also Ingredients used in this chutney are useful for good health. It's recommended to add in daily diet. At least one spoon per day is very helpful in good health. This chutney can be taken with Rice, Idli and Dosa.

Ingredients

Curry Leaves: 100 grams
Tamarind: to taste
Red Chili’s: 10
Coriander Seeds: 2 table spoons
Cumin Seeds (Jeera): 1 table spoon
Mustard Seeds: 1 table spoon
Channa Dal: 2 table spoons
Urad Dal: 2 table spoons
Seasame seeds: 2 table spoons
Hing: a pinch
Garlic: 5 small pieces
Salt to taste
Oil: 3 table spoons



Preparing Method

1. Take a pan and fry Seasame seeds and coriander seeds separately with out oil and keep aside.
2. Put the oil in the pan and heat the oil.  Add urad dal, channa dal, Red chillies, Curry leaves separately and fry them separately and keep aside.
3. Take all the above fried ingredients into a mixer and add salt, garlic and tamarind and grind well.
4. Then add Curry leaves and grind well to make paste.
