Aloo Paratha

Ingredients

Wheat Flour: 1 Cup
Potatoes: 2 Medium size
Oil: 3 Spoons
Onion: 1
Green Chilly: 2
Coriander Powder: 1 Spoon
Chilly Powder: 1 Spoon
Chat Masala:  1 Spoon
Garam Masala: 1/2 Spoon
Coriander Leaves chopped: 2 Spoons
Salt to taste



Preparing method:

Mix the wheat flour with water to make dough and keep it aside
Cook the Potatoes well and smash it.
Heat the pan with oil and add finely chopped onions and green chilly pieces. Fry for 2 mints. Then add smashed Potatoes, coriander powder, Cilly powder, Chat masala, Garam masala powder and salt to taste and mix all ingredients well and keep it in the pan for 2 mints under low flame. Keep it aside.

Take a part of wheat floor dough and roll it out. Take a part of Aloo mix and keep it in the center of rolled dough and cover the mix with rolled dough from all sides to cover the mix. Then roll it again to make a round shape with help of dry wheat flour and cook it on a tawa with oil or ghee both sides. Repeat the same for remaining Dough and Aloo mix.

Serve with a Mango pickle and Curd.
