Ingredients:
Dosa Batter: 2 Cups
Finely Chopped Cabbage: 1 Cup
Ginger: 1 Small piece
Green Chillies: 2
Jeera: 1 Spoon
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder: A small pinch
Preparing method:
Blend all the ingredients except Dosa Batter in a Mixer. Don't make it like a paste. Blend roughly for 2, 3 seconds. Add this mix with Dosa Batter.
Take dosa pan and heat the pan. Add few drops of oil and then pour the cup of mixed batter on to the pan. Spread it slowly. It cannot spread like normal dosa. So spread it slowly without breaking. Add few drops of oil on top. close it for few seconds. Once it turns brown color, flip dosa to other side keep it for few seconds.
Serve hot with Coconut chutney/tomato pickle/chutney.
