రవ్వ కేసరి/ ಕೇಸರಿ ಬಾತ್/ Rava Kesari | Sheera Recipe | Kesari Baat | Kesari Bath | Rava Kesari Recipe
Ingredients:
Ghee 1 Cup
Handful of Cashews
Suji Rava - 1 Cup
Water 2 Cups
Sugar 1 and 1/2 Cup
Ilaichi Powder 1/4 Spoon
Food Color a Pinch (optional).
Process:
- Take 3 spoons of ghee into a pan and fry handful of cashews. Keep fried cashews aside.
- Add 1 Cup of Suji Rava into the same ghee pan and fry until color change. keep it aside.
- Take a vessel and add 2 cups of Water and Boil.
- Add Fried Suji Rava into boiled water and mix well. While adding suji, make sure add small quantity and mix well to make sure it will form lumps.
- Cook in low flame until the rava becomes thick
- Add 1 and 1/2 Cup sugar and mix well and cook in low flame for few minutes until Rava becomes thick
- Add 1/2 Cup Ghee and mix well
- Add a pinch of food color (optional)
- Add ilaichi powder 1/4 spoon
- Add fried Cashews
That's it. A tasty and yummy Rava Kesari/Kesari Bath ready.
