Ingredients
Tomato: 1/4 kg
Indian Broad Beans Seeds: 1/4kg
Cooking Oil: 5 table spoons
Onion: 1 (medium size)
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Channa dal (Split chick peas): 1/4 table spoon
Urad dal (Black gram) : 1/4 table spoon
Jeera (Cumin Seeds) : 1/4 table spoon
Mustard seeds : 1/4 table spoon
Zinger garlic paste: 1/2 table spoon
Red chilly powder: 1 table spoon (can add more as per your spicy need)
Coriander Powder: 1/2 table spoon
Green Chillies: 1 or 2
Garam Masala powder: 1/2 table spoon

Preparing Method
3. Take a kadai onto the stove. Pour oil into kadai and wait until oil gets heat.
4. Add Channa dal, Urad dal, Cumin Seeds, Mustard seeds. Let these fry.
5. Add few curry leaves, onions and chilly pieces. Wait until onion pieces turned into golden brown color.
6. Add beans seeds. Wait few(4 or 5) minutes. keep stir the seeds.
7. Add zinger garlic paste and pour the tomato pury. Add red chilly powder, salt and coriander powder. Add 1/2 cup water. Cook few minutes until beans cooked properly.
8. Add garam masala and wait for few seconds. Add coriander leaves.
Tasty Tomato and Indian Broad Beans Masala is ready. Ready to serve. Serve hot in rice or chapati.
