Gummadi Burelu

Ingredients


Pumpkin Squash - 1/2 Cup
Bajra (Sajja) Powder: 1/2 Cup
Jaggery Squash - 1/4 cup
Ilachi powder: 1 tb Spoon

Preparing Method


1. Take a bowl, add Pumpkin Squash, Bajra(Sajja) powder, Jaggery Squash and ilachi powder. Mix it well to make dough, and keep aside for sometime (1/2 hr to 1 hr). (For more taste, can add some Ghee as well). Dough should not be very hard. Should be soft.

2. Make small balls out of dough and roll it (like puri's).

3. Take oil into a bowl and heat the oil.

4. Deep fry the rolls (puri's) till they become light brown.

Tasty tasty Gummadi Burelu ready.
