Indian Broad Beans and Coconut fry


Ingredients

Indian broad beans: 1/4 kg
Chilly powder: 2 tb spoon
Graded coconut: 2 tb spoon
Few curry leaves
Mustard seeds: 1/4 tb spoon
Cumin seeds: 1/4 tb spoon
Urad dal: 1/4 tb spoon
Chana dal: 1/4 tb spoon
Oil: 2 tb spoon
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder: a Pich

Preparing Method

1. Cut the beans into pieces and boil the beans in salt water. keep it aside.
2. Take a pan on to the stove, pour oil. Let the oil heat.
3. Add chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds. let them fry.
4. Add curry leaves, beans and turmeric powder. Let the beans fry properly.
5. Add graded coconut. Fry it few minutes. 
6. Add chilly powder, salt. Mix well. Keep in medium flame for few minutes.

Tasty n Spicy Beans - coconut fry ready. Serve hot in Rice.
