Ingredients
Rice: 2cups
Water: 4 cups
Green Chillies: 2
Onion: 1
Tomato: 2
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Biryani Leaf: 1
Biryani Masala: 1table spoon
Ghee: 2table spoons
Cooking Oil: 2table spoons
Ginger Garlic Paste: One and Half table spoon
Aginamoto: a pinch
Salt to taste.
Turmeric Powder: 1/4 table spoon
Preparing Method
1. Wash and Soak the rice and keep aside.
2. Cut the Onions, Green chillies length wise and tomato into pieces.
3. Take a cooker and pour ghee and oil. After oil becomes heat, add biryani leaf and wait for seconds
4. Add green chillies and onion pieces. Let the onion pieces fry until golden brown color.
5. Add ginger garlic paste. Let the ginger garlic paste fry properly.
6. Add tomato pieces, mint leaves and turmeric powder. Let the mix fry properly.
7. Add a pinch of Aginamoto, Biryani masala. Wait for 1 or 2 minutes. Let them fry.
8. Add water and boil the water with closing a lid. After water is boiled then add coriander leaves and salt. Then add soaked rice. Close the cooker.
9. After 3 whistles, stop the stove and wait for few minutes.
10. Open the cooker and mix properly.
Tasty tasty masal pulav rice ready. Serve hot with any veg curry/raita. It’s very easy to cook and tasty to eat.
