Ingredients
Beerakaya (Ridge Gourd) pieces: 2 cups
Capsicum pieces: 1 Cup
Nuvvulu (Seasame Seeds): 4 spoons
Green Chili: 4
Few Curry Leaves
Tamarind: small piece
Salt to taste
Mustard: ¼ table spoon
Urad dal: ¼ table spoon
Channa Dal: ¼ table spoon
Cumin Seeds: ½ table spoon
Red chili: 2
Preparing Method
1. Take a pan and heat the pan. Fry the Seasame seeds without oil.
2. Put some oil in to the pan and fry the green chili, Capsicum pieces and Beerakaya pieces.
3. Grind the Capsicum pieces, Beerakaya pieces, Green Chilies, Seasame seeds, cumin seeds with tamarind and salt to make the paste.
4. Put 2 spoons of oil into the pan and heat the oil.
5. Add mustard, urad dal, channa dal, cumin seeds, red chili and curry leaves. Fry them
6. Stop the flame and add paste and mix well.
