Ingredients
Rice: 1 cup
Kaju: 50 grams
Tomato Paste: 1 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 table spoon
Green Chilli: 2
Shajira: ½ Spoon
Red Chilli Powder: ½ table Spoon
Salt to taste
Few curry leaves
Preparing Method
1. Cook the rice and keep aside.
2. Take a pan with Oil and heat the Oil.
3. Add Shajira, Ginger garlic paste, green chilli pieces, curry leaves and Kaju. Fry kaju properly.
4. Add Tomato paste, Mirchi powder and salt. Cook for few minutes until paste comes thick.
5. Add rice to the paste and mix properly.
Tasty Tomato Kaju rice ready.
