Red Chillies-Ground Nut Chutney


Ingredients

Red Chilies: 7
Ground Nut: 1 Cup
Onion: 1
Jeera: 1 table spoon
Oil: 2 table spoon
Tamarind: Small piece
Salt to taste



Preparing Method

1. Take a pan. Add oil and heat the oil.
2. Add ground nuts and fry properly. Keep aside
3. Add red chilies and fry for 2 - 3 minutes and keep aside
4. Add Jeera and fry for 2 – 3 minutes.
5. Add fried red red chilies, ground nuts, Jeera into a mixer after these ingredients become cool.
6. Add tamarind, onion pieces, salt to the mixer.
7. Grind the mixer to make paste. While grinding add sufficient water.

Tasty and spicy Red Chilies-Ground Nut Chutney ready. Serve in rice with ghee.
